- Custom fields — extend objects when the workspace schema evolves.
Day-to-day use
- Track pilot restaurants from first contact through onboarding.
- Log calls and follow-ups as notes on the company or person record.
- Move opportunities across stages (e.g. NEW → MEETING → PROPOSAL → WON).
- Search people and companies quickly from the global search bar.
- Export or report from views when needed for leadership reviews.
Access & maintenance
- Twenty uses email invite + password — separate from Authentik SSO.
- Workspace admins send invites from Settings → Members.
- Each user manages their own profile and notification preferences.
- API access (GraphQL) is available for admin automations and MCP tools.
